Egyptian Marathon: Luxor City
The 17th Egyptian Marathon will be taking place at Luxor City on February 12th 2010, the 10th 100Km Pharaonic Race will be taking place at Cairo City on 26th November 2010 and the 4th Sharm El Sheikh Half Marathon on 12th March 2010.The Marathon is an international event with over 36 nationalities participating and it is the only A I M S (Association of international Marathons and Road Races) certified Marathon in the country.

Girl Power “What a Feeling” Tour ‘09
Two years after Girl Power “Unleashed” made its debut in Lagos, the all female artists concert is back with fresh and newly established artists warming up for the second edition billed to kick off later this month in Lagos. Unlike the first edition that was hosted only in Lagos, this year’s concert titled, “What a Feeling” will tour three major cities– Lagos, Ibadan and Benin–between August and September.

Premier Cup Africa: NIKE’s Hilversum Campus, Holland
FORTY EIGHT of the finest African under-15 footballers are making final preparations before travelling to Holland next week for the Premier Cup Africa Qualifications at NIKE’s European Headquarters in Hilversum. Teams from Algeria, Egypt and Ghana will take part in the Opening Ceremony & Draw on Monday 15 June at 1900hrs, before tournament matches kick off on 16 June.
The Final takes place at midday on Wednesday 17 June, when the top two teams will walk out at NIKE’s Hilversum Campus to battle for the title of Premier Cup Africa Champions and win a highly coveted place at the 2009 MUPC World Finals in August. » Read more…
