Chris Aire is a celebrity jewelery designer who showcased some beautiful works at the Thisday Festival. Deola Sagoe showcased her line of beautiful outfits as well.

David Tlale turned heads with his Spring/Summer collection at the Johannesburg Fashion Week . The story that his collection tells is one that will pave way for his future collection not only nationally, but internationally. Looking at his collection and comparing it to other designers, one can tell that this man is not only different but he sure has what it takes to showcase his collection on the same runway with other internationally known designers.

3rd Thisday Africa Rising Festival
ThisDay’s Africa Rising Festival is a showcase of some of the best in Africa. Several notable artists showed up to perform at this growing annual festival including Chris Brown, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Fat Joe, Oluchi, Ozwald Boateng, Chris Aire, Faze, and Naomi Campbell.

The Essence Awards were in full swing this weekend and the stars were out in force to celebrate yet another year.
MTN Durban Fashion Week
The MTN Durban fashion week featured established designers like Gideon, Vino, Chimero, Karishma Karishna, Stephan Van Eeden, Craig Native, Lindiwe Khuzwayo, Leigh Schubert and Gavin Rajah. New designers also had an opportunity to showcase what they’ve got to provethey have what it takes to survive in this industry. This year’s collection was more fun , colorful, creative, and very impressively sophisticated. Watch out Jimmy Choo, Mark Jacob, Christian Dior, Keneth Cole and Michael Kors because these African designers are serious about taking over.

Ladies, thought it was time we shared some serious eye candy with you. Be careful–if you are diabetic, you could go into a coma. He made our list of sexy African men, and is one of the most downloaded men in Myspace. He has a video teaching people how to get his physique, and he also has modeling tips for aspiring models on his website. Mmmm…..yummmy! Sexy chocolate….. I think I’ll have some caramel with that!
