Celebrate Ethiopia’s Rich Heritage and Culture at the Historic Lincoln Theatre with a High Profile Tribute Honoring Internationally Acclaimed Ethiopian Music Legends the Late Dr. Tilahun Gessesse, Chachi Tadesse and Mahmoud Ahmed.
The Ethiopian and international communities of the Washington, DC area prepare for Reach Hope Foundation 1st annual high profile event “Celebrate Ethiopia.” The event will be held on Thursday, July 16th, 7:00 pm at the historic Lincoln Theatre located at 1215 U Street, NW in Washington DC.
Celebrate Ethiopia is a powerful and uplifting benefit concert to celebrate Ethiopia’s rich culture and heritage through music, song and dance. Celebrate Ethiopia is a cultural infusion of traditional dance and soulful ballads of the hottest recording artists reflecting the Ethiopian community. A special tribute will be given to honor internationally acclaimed Ethiopian music legends the late Dr. Tilahun Gessesse, Chachi Tadesse and Mahmoud Ahmed. Hosted by WPGC’s Meraf Asfaw.
