The JIJUE (know yourself) team is busy working on a 1 Million campaign, which will be officially launched at a colorful concert with Grammy Award winning Rock band Jars of Clay sparking off the movement while graciously accompanied by performances from Kenya’s own great acts: Eric Wainaina, Pete Odera, Kanji, Carol Atemi, DJ Mozz, M.O.G, A-Star, Jimmy Gait and, Juliani.
Jijue is a revolutionary movement aimed to increase HIV awareness amongst the youth and, campaigning for a HIV free society.
There will be two shows:
1. Mavuno Dome Bellevue’s Show: 20 Feb 09 (6pm – 10pm)
Tickets: Kshs 850/= in advance; 1000/= at the gate.
2. KICC show – Feb 22nd 2009 (2pm – 6pm)
Tickets: KShs 350/= in advance; 550/= at the gate.
