Camer Couture entry

While the eagerly anticipated showcase is the premiere  event for newly launched style website Camer Couture (www.camercouture.com ),whose mission is to expose and support both established and emerging Cameroonian designers around the world, it already boasts a wide range of celebrity guests ranging from Nigerian /London-based stylist, Arieta  Mujay, and will be covered by prominent magazines like Arise, New African Woman, and the BBC network.

Guests will be serenaded with performances from Cameroonian artists, Muntu Valdo, Serge Tebu, Dee, and Quest & Band, and will get to rub shoulders with diplomats, entrepreneurs, and fashionistas in what promises to be a “superb blend of clout, chic and class”. Proceeds from the event will go to the Baka pygmies ,who are one of the most vulnerable societies in Cameroon.

We encourage all our Londoners to mark October 17th on their calenders and put on their best outfits for this night of fashion, music, and fundraising. Jamati will bring you pictures and video of the event.

To purchase tickets, email info@camercouture.com  or call  Cynthia: 07834 321 373/ Isabel: 07733 735 515/ Ngum: 07944 043 954.

The event will be on October 17th at 6pm to 3:30am at the Shoreditch Studios , 37 Bateman Row, Shoreditch, London.
