Caroline Uduak Abasi Ekanem is a princess from the royal family of Ekanem in Eket, Cross River State in Nigeria. She is the child of a British father and a Nigerian mother who loves singing and acting. She started off in modeling (which she did for three years), and then moved into acting, thanks to her friend, Rita Dominic.
Her first movie, Deadly Kiss, whet her appetite for acting and she has pursued it ever since. She has been in movies with Ikechukwu Onyeka, Emeka Nnoecha and 2FaceIdibia (yes, apparently he can act too!!) and has always maintained her dignity and self-respect in an industry rife with rumors about infidelity and loose women. She keeps her relationships with her directors strictly professional and is adamant that she will not appear nude in any movies. Her other movies include A Second Time, Missing Angel 2&3, Foreign Affairs, The Twist, Angel and The Beast, and Real Love Part 2.
She recently got married to Musa Danjuma and they had a son in 2007. There is speculation that marriage has her so happy she may not return to acting, but that is just speculation. Only time will tell.
