There was so much discussion about these lists that we decided to open it up to our readers – giving birth to African Heat -The “People’s Choice For Sexiest African Male/Female Alive.” Subsequently with so many other arenas led by prominent Africans around the world, we  also decided to compile a list of  “African Power Brokers, Money Elites & Influential People.”

With the results of the world’s most hotly contested Presidential race  – starring Barack Obama and John McCain only days away, we wanted to unveil our 2008 list of Sexy, Powerful and Influential people impacting Africa, the Diaspora and World just in time for Election Day.  As one reviews these lists, it is quite evident that the overlap of African Power, Influence and Sexy cannot  be overlooked in a Global Economy.
