Sheg impressed many with his appearance as a top finalist in Oprah’s show, ‘The Big Give’. He has been a leader who is making waves in significant ways for those around him. His book, iActuate, has sold very well, impressing those who read it to go out and do something. His organization, The Aranmolate Foundation, provides surgeries and check-ups in African countries for children who suffer from cleft palates, burns, scars and other congenital deformities, as well as training for medical personnel who perform the procedures.
It is no wonder that Ebony magazine decided to pick him for their April 2009 feature, ‘21 young leaders under 30′. He is the youngest person on the panel.
A children’s math, science, and english tutor in his spare time, it is no wonder he was voted one of Nashville’s Most Beautiful People (inside and out). He is destined to do so much more, we are sure. Congratulations, Sheg. You have earned every bit of those accolades.
