Chicago Bears Defensive End, Adewale Ogunleye, named NFC Defensive Player of the Week

The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week had many celebrities come out to see what is new in fashion. Stacey Dash was spotted in the crowd.
The Toronto International Film Festival drew a large crowd including Idris Elba, Thandie Newton, Youssou N’dour (who performed to a jubilant crowd), Sophie Okonedo, and David Oyelowo.
Sara McLachlan told Billboard that she and husband, Ashwin Sood, were getting divorced. They have two children together.
In sports, Gibril Wilson and Nnamdi Asomugha had something to celebrate as their team, the Oakland Raiders, whipped the Kansas City Chiefs 23-8. Adewale Ogunleye was named NFC defensive player of the week. This is the first one his team (the Chicago Bears), has received since 2006.
