The 14th annual South African Music Awards (SAMA) finally does the unpredictable. Its about about time different artists in the music industry got recognition. It is only fair that the best be awarded. This year’s SAMA winners deserved to walk away with the awards from their categories. Freshlyground took home four awards including Album of the Year. Hip-Hop Pantsula taking the Best Male Solo Artist, and Best Rap Album.

It was a night filled with all glitz and glamour, and an impressive roster of some of the biggest names in the South African music industry. We are definitely looking forward to the next 15th annual SAMA, congratulations to all the winners and yes the nominees to. Lol!
