According to AOL Black Voices, the Nigerian singer-songwriter, composer, and record producer, Helen Folasade Adu, better known as Sade, has reunited with her former band mates and is currently recording new material for an album.
This is exciting news, since Sade’s last release was nearly ten years ago with Lover’s Rock in 2000. The album went on to sell 3.8 million copies in the U.S.
Hopefully, this new release will also mean some tour dates for Sade. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
