Tinariwen Wows the Crowd at Coachella

Tinariwen were working their magic again at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival 2009 and were such a hit that one publication stated that this was the group that would likely become a Cochella legend.  Their performance was stellar and their sound was wonderful.  The crowd was enthralled with their stage presence and their obvious talent.

Dressed in traditional Tuareg dress, they came on stage and delivered a top-notch show.  The crowd danced and clapped and enjoyed the show.  They were equally intrigued by their story and history. Interestingly, Tinariwen has been performing for 17 years in music tours around the world.  That is longevity!

Tinariwen will continue to enthrall the masses and we are proud to see them opening the avenues of appreciation for African music.
