British actor, Chiwetel Ejiofor is back in the post-apocalyptic film, 2012.

Chiwetel EjioforEjiofor’s resume continues to grow, as he has appeared in such films as Amistad, Dirty Pretty Things, Inside Man, and American Gangster. His most recent film, 2012, has him in the role of Adrian Helmsley, a scientific advisor to the President (played by Danny Glover). 2012, according to the Mayan calendar signifies a major change on Earth; a change that many have interpreted to be the end of the world. “Never before has a date in history been so significant to so many cultures, so many religions, scientists, and governments. Joy Denalane was at the Echo 2009 awards and Alek Wek was at the London Fashion week doing her thing (looking fabulous as always) in MOMO wear.  Jourdan Dunn also modeled the MOMO line.

Former Botswana President, Festus Mogae, and designer Ozwald Boateng  showed up to support Julianne Moore’s Diamonds in Africa cause. An Obama artist brought Damon Dash and his son out to party, and Idris Elba supported an AIDS cause.
